The house is structured with a practical layout, where the first floor serves as a common area. This space is designed to host shared activities and facilities, fostering a sense of community and shared living without compromising privacy. The second floor is cleverly divided into two wings, providing each owner with her own private suite and personal environment. This division ensures that while the owners share common spaces, they also enjoy personal retreats tailored to their individual preferences and styles.

The design of Mimi House incorporates elements like exposed structural components, raw textures, and a minimalistic color palette that typify modern industrial aesthetics. Large windows and open floor plans enhance the sense of space and light, making the home feel both expansive and intimately connected to the surrounding landscape.
