The residence features expansive living areas that flow uninterrupted, thanks to the innovative use of a second-floor front void which connects spaces across both levels, enhancing the sense of openness. This architectural choice not only maximizes natural light but also fosters a visual and physical connection between the different functional areas of the home.

With its stark, refined interiors and strategic layout, LP90 stands as a testament to the beauty of minimalist living, where every element is designed with both purpose and style in mind.
