The interior of 99 Residence features classic Thai materials and design motifs updated with modern flair. Wooden beams and panels intersect with clean, minimalist furniture, marrying the old with the new in a calm, cohesive environment. The use of natural light and open spaces enhances the modern feel while still respecting the integrity of traditional Thai architecture.

Key details such as the Tatami-inspired area and bespoke furniture that incorporate Thai artistry ensure that each aspect of the home not only serves a functional purpose but also tells a story of cultural heritage adapted to the demands of contemporary living.
